Really don’t get all the negative reviews on here. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to Dr Woo was wonderful, kind, and professional. I finally feel like I’m getting some answers for my back and I will definitely come back if I need to. Remember, be kind to others and they’ll be kind to you! 🤷♀️
I recently dislocated my elbow, which was subsequently reduced at the ER. They told me to follow up with an Ortho, so I went here. I was relieved to have my wrap removed by them because it was causing a lot of unnecessary pain. However, upon reviewing the X-ray of my dislocation, I was told by the Ortho that 100% of cases like mine had a ligament tear. I went in to get a note for physical therapy. While I did get the note, they said I have to go two to three times a week. I've been seeing my physical therapist one time a week. I cannot afford to go two to three times a week. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time to see the doctor, I saw the doctor for only 2 minutes. The doctor didn't let me get a single word in, he just kept cutting me off when I tried talking. They made me take an x-ray which I didn't even need. Each and every visit with Dr. Cause is professional n pleasant. He has been treating chronic conditions for me for some time. Personable, knowledgeable and takes time asking me if I have questions. His office staff are professionals. Polite, caring, and assist as needed. It goes without saying they keep the office clean and have their own state of the art xray equipment. If you must see a Doctor why not start at the top?
