First time ever walking out of an appointment and flat out just driving away. While it was not the first time I encountered poor bedside manner. I have always tried to just stay & find common ground for a reasonable solution. I am very angry and feel dismissed and misunderstood. I have never experienced a doctor's office refusing to go forward with a consult when I have the referral and the very medical condition I was told by their office that they treat. For context, my situation is very common, is not complex, I don't even take but 1 prescription medication and what I am seeking is a common treatment for said condition. This office is very nice and clean. Easy to park. The office is on the level floor. The staff are very kind and courteous.
I've only had top notch care with this practice and believe me I had researched the Doctors before trusting them with my care and surgeries when needed. I'm a nurse and highly recommend this practice to everyone I know!
