About a year after surgery, Dr. Richmond performed the best surgery I've ever received. My knee is back to full functioning abilities after a severe injury. Could not recommend him enough.
I was needing a new doctor because mine had retired so I can get the medication that I need for the issues. I’ve been having for 15 years and tri rivers strung me along for four weeks making me think that I could rely on them to take over for my previous doctor, who, by the way was also UPMC same as try rivers and four weeks go by and they come back and say they won’t be able to take me on as a new patient so they wasted four weeks of my time that I couldn’t get my medication that I needed that I could’ve been trying to find... read more
Worst practice I've seen in years. It's been almost 3.5 weeks since my son broke is ankle and they haven't had the curtesy to call us back after the original diagnosis. We are in a temporary boot, the he needs either casted or surgery and they have neglected to follow up.
