Unlike what other reviews have said, I have found them to keep a very tight schedule and I am always seen within ten minutes of my appointment. If I schedule ahead, I always get my regular doctor. If I call for a same day appointment then I get whoever is on call but that's to be expected. I find the staff to be friendly and the doctors knowledgeable.
If you like always seeing a different doctor never being called on time when your appointment is supposed to be scheduled and having some student do most of your diagnosis then feel free to go there usually takes two or three visits to figure out even the simplest issues whole family goes there and were feed up when you bring your car in for service at the dealer does the lot guy change a transmission or a master tech ?
never was really too impressed with this place, its very small town yet impersonal. the staff is nice enough but never really friendly. I went there as a kid and didn't know the difference but as i got older and realized i got more personal help and felt more comfortable at walk in clinics i knew it was time for me to change docters.
The nursing staff is nothing but rude the only good thing about this place is dr Lukas and dr tapscott even all the other drs will tell me my daughter is fine later that night she ends up in the er. I could not get my family out of there fast enough. Even when you have an appointment for months you will still go in and sit there for at least 20-60 minutes.
