4 years in and we're cutting holes in our ceiling to track down a plumbing leak. Here's why that's alarming: plumbing shouldn't be having failures like this at year 4. It's obvious that it's not degradation-related this early. This is compounded with the fact that we've had two separate plumbing leaks tied back to installation, and just about every sink in the house lost its seal due to poor caulking within two years of move-in. Poor caulking around bathroom fixtures too. You can get a longer warranty on a car or a consumer ... read more

Totally horrendous homes, Zero heart, zero beauty, this is all about money for the builder, cookie cutter developments, one pushed out after the next Live somewhere with beauty live somewhere with character, by an old home, get a yard take care of it. Stop giving money to these builders who have zero concern for beauty or heart or tradition or character. These are tacky new homes put out solely to fatten the pockets of the developers, They add nothing of value or beauty or worth to these communities. They should be ashamed. ... read more

Sure they offer a warranty; so like a sensible person I start filing claims for things I’m f... read more

We've been working with Tri Pointe for a few months now, and it's been a fantastic experience. We find the quality of the construction is above average —see the photos I attached. Super clean, well organized, and to high standards. We've also been very picky customers with lots of questions about details and customization requests. They've been super patient with us, and have basically delivered every crazy thing we asked for, even though this isn't a custom house. The architect's designs really appeal to us as well. Very th... read more

As a builder, not too bad. But I won't build a home with TriPointe again as long as they keep working with Interior Logic Group and you shouldn't either. Also, stop bossing around your good employees with crappier employees. Ageism is not legal. ILG is trash. Fix your partnership.
