I have had a great experience with Tri-Pointe. I bought a townhome with them and loving it so far. There were two warranty items that they fixed. The representative Ryan was fast and communicative. I’m overall satisfied with Tri Pointe.
DO NOT BUILD OR BUT A TRIPOINTE HOME!!! Poor quality. Very poorly built. Builder refusing to complete obligated warranty work! Builder has a warranty portal you have to use. They just pick and choose what items they want to address and just close work orders with ZERO communication to the customer/ owner. They have no documentation and ignore warranty requests. We bought a 900k+ home from TriPointe in October of 2024. During our warranty period we had major siding issues with the exterior. As the issues were brought to light well before the warranty period expired TriPointe advised me to wait until our one year warranty meeting. During the one year warranty period the builder and siding contractor came out and tried to state there was nothing wrong. Putting blame all over the place, no accountability.
