I was interested in this builder‘s division in Folsom at Waterstone Ranch. After I saw the contract however it was incredibly onerous allowing the builder to keep substantial sums of money if I wasn’t able to sell my house on a contingency in a timely fashion and it also gave them the right to unilaterally cancel at any time and keep my options money.
