As a first time homebuyer, it is the worst experience ever.
This review is TriPointe Las Vegas. I also don't normally leave reviews because I hate complaining but this has been terrible so here I am hoping to help others! We purchased our house in Las Vegas in May of 2023. From the very beginning dealing with the Tripointe lending team it was a nightmare. They were "understaffed" as I was told so they were taking weeks to even review one document. The lender would go so long without replying to communicating with us on the status of the loan/documents. Fast forward to us closing week... read more

I’ve owned my house for over 2 years now and they’re still working on fixing major issues that were noted during our last inspection before we moved in. Ugh!!!!
By far the best value in the State and maybe the country....Henderson NV and the sheik, modern, stylish homes that Tri Pointe Homes builds are unmatched....... To top it off, their townhomes are similar quality builds..
