Why would anyone buy a home for 2.8 million backing to treated recycled home water? TPH only cares about the bottom line for its executives and shareholders. Stay away.

As a first time homebuyer, it is the worst experience ever.
This review is TriPointe Las Vegas. I also don't normally leave reviews because I hate complaining but this has been terrible so here I am hoping to help others! We purchased our house in Las Vegas in May of 2023. From the very beginning dealing with the Tripointe lending team it was a nightmare. They were "understaffed" as I was told so they were taking weeks to even review one document.
