First unlike Trendmaker's website statement promises, "We build every one of our homes to meet the highest criteria for excellence" and "Our philosophy is to do it right the first time" Our Trendmaker home experience includes 93+ documented home defects and incidences that are quite disturbing. Noting our home's condition, hardly anything was done right and the workmanship is nowhere close to excellence.
