First, Jan and Kyle are excellent!! But BEWARE this is the worst loan process I have dealt with and I have owned multiple properties. Very disorganized during the approval process (Will & Lauren & Leticia) and will rush you through documentation without proper buyer consent. I was even signed up for the incorrect home insurance and blamed as if I was at fault. Very unprofessional. Los lenders son mal educados , inrespetuosos y no ayudan en nada! Miguel Astudillo y Debbie Driver son los peores en todo!!! Es notable el desinteres que tienen por su trabajo! No se los recomiendo a nadie!
