I called on 12/29/25 to see if this establishment was able to help with replacing a refrigeration unit, used to make a cooler section in a cargo trailer. I operate a mobile food business and we fly into Texas to do special events. I was first told that it couldn't be done because my team needed to drop this off on New Year's Day and no one would be there that day. This is understandable. Service team is costly and unreliable. We found a better team. BTAC has better rates and service Techs. We will never use them again
