!!!BEWARE...THESE FOLKS ARE SHYSTERS!!! I hired Tri-Point Refrigeration in Hutto, TX to perform diagnostic work on a failed compressor for a compressed air dryer. This required one technician, but they sent two technicians and billed accordingly, making the bill exorbitant. When I brought this to the attention of Melissa Gutierrez (Director of Operations), she stated that she would bring a check by for the extra amount charged due to the unnecessary technician, which I thought was honorable at the time. I called on 12/29/25 to see if this establishment was able to help with replacing a refrigeration unit, used to make a cooler section in a cargo trailer. I operate a mobile food business and we fly into Texas to do special events.
