Nice people, very helpful, very accommodating. . Unfortunately, their business model is to send a tech to investigate the problem and subsequently issue a report and a quote for the repair. Upon acceptance of the quote, they then order needed parts and schedule the repair based on parts delivery. In our case, the expense and delays are incompatible with our needs as a restaurant with commercial appliances. Called on a Sunday for an emergency service to one of our walk in freezers. Phone was answered and I was told they would be able to get out there today (Sunday) to take care of our unit. Was called back an hour later by an actual tech and they said since we were a new customer it would have to be tomorrow (Monday) because we needed to get our card set up any all account information.
