Tri state realty ,Karen, had a committed buyer for our house after 2 days on the market.
Karen is the worst realtor I’ve ever had to deal with. I put an offer in an offer on a property and never heard anything back. After awhile of Karen not responding I stopped to talk to the owners and found out she never gave them the offer. My in-laws had the same thing happen. Put an offer in on one of her listed properties and she wouldn’t respond to their realtors calls or texts to see if they accepted or declined the offer.
