1 star just so I can write a review. This office really needs a new office staff. Who else waits for their BOLs for over an hour. Ppl at the window are so inconsiderate and arrogant. They don't give two fcks about your time. I have been standing in front of the window to get my paperwork, they are looking at me but no one even bothered to ask me what I needed. Drivers should avoid this place by all means if you don't want to waste your time. Update 03/22/2025 for the love of God pls hire someone that actually enjoys the job.... read more
