Took my son to pick up his car from having some warranty work done. He was asking some questions so he could make sure he understood everything. The manager or mechanic just walked away and didn't answer anything.
Service manager argued with me about after market parts being more expensive than factory parts. After he tried to force me into buying lug nuts for over $200 . Never in my67 years have I ever seen after market parts being more expensive than factory parts. I found the same lug nuts for $23.00 for 20 of them.
We originally wanted to “try” Tri Motor because it was convenient for us to shop there. Over the years, we have been pleased with the 6 vehicles we have purchased, both new and used. Bob, our salesman, is friendly and informative. The service department has been helpful in maintaining our vehicles. The ladies behind the front desk are nice. And the showroom cat is a joy.

I can’t say enough about TriMotors helping me today. Took my 2013 Edge there today because of a loud noise when I was driving it. I knew something was seriously wrong. It was the drive shaft and it was not safe to drive anymore. I wasn’t putting anymore money into my vehicle because it was to the point of where I needed to get rid of it. So I bought a used one.
