This place has been very helpful for me in getting the proper care I need. I really recommend Milka Kamu for anyone looking for a psychiatrist.
Dr. Milka is wonderful.
This practice is highly unreliable. They barely answer the phone, and when they do, the interaction is handled very unprofessionally. I was able to schedule an appointment, but no directions or guidance were provided beforehand or after. I ultimately left with the same issue I came in with. After completing the paperwork and paying the copay, I expected to receive actual assistance, but that did not happen. Seek help elsewhere, just to save some stress!!
Need a prescription refill? Good luck. I was out of medication since 11/27 and they didn't refill it correctly until 12/6 ? IDK whatever, either way its unacceptable. We upped my dose to 2 pills per day, 60 pills per month. Guess what? Due to their clerical error, Walmart won't fill it because it says 60 pills, 1 pill per day. It Took FIVE business days to get this corrected after No one answers the phone.
