Our family Dr. in this clinic is great. However she recommended a colleague for a specific consultation for my wife: Olivia Lee. After 1 hour 10 minutes of waiting, my wife had to leave the place without seeing this doctor. Total lack of respect for other people's time, and we imagine they are sorry...I'm saying we imagine because my wife didn't event get the "I'm sorry".
I rejoined Dr. Raza at this location in October of 2024, after she closed her practice at the Crowfoot location. She is an amazing Doctor. She listens to our concerns. At the same time, I am a good patient and do follow the advice she gives. Sometimes in our lives issues arise one after another and at this location, with the offer of “walk-in” availability, it has been very easy to access urgent appointments.
