TRI-LINK is definitely 5 star! I had a leaky roof. From the time of my first phone call Paul was out here immediately. I signed the contract on Thursday. The supplies and dumpster were delivered on Monday. My roof was replaced on Tuesday and Wednesday. The communications were excellent from start to finish. All my questions were address. Highly recommend! - Jim made the whole process easy from day one. Everyone we worked with, both in person and over the phone, was super helpful and patient with all of our questions. Project was scheduled and completed quickly and the pricing was very reasonable.
I had soffit/fascia and gutters installed by Tri-Link about 3 years ago. The install process was painful to say the least. There were times when there were no English speaking workers on site. I had to stop their work several times because they were not performing things as I had discussed before signing the contract and I had to call and wait for the owner to come out.
