The owner came by to check out the porch roof replacement. He provided an initial estimate but needed to refine it based on our discussion and the work that needed to be completed. After weeks of following up on the estimate and to schedule the work, the owner stopped replying, which is so unprofessional. If you pride yourself with integrity, treating customers with integrity is required. Honest communication upfront would have been a better approach. I don’t recommend this company by any means.

Excellent roofing company. They did amazing job inspecting and replacing rotten wood and install metal roof and gutters.

Estimator did not want to schedule a day to talk in person or see the actual property before quoting a roof replacement. We talked on the phone, I was talked over, not listened to, and there was an utter lack of comprehension because instead of making an appointment to discuss in person and see the property as I repeatedly requested during the phone call, I received an estimate via text (that I did not request) that is 10 times more than every other estimate I have received!! Tri-link shows up on time and does the work they say they are going to do. Roofing issues are an absolute nightmare so having someone in my corner is really helpful. This was 2 years ago. Since I wrote this, they have replaced my roof. The crews did it all in one day. Totally amazed. And there was a foreman on site all day working with the crews. 100% satisfied. And they were much lower than some of those roofing scam artists.
