For forklift deliveries, use the second entrance. Trilifts dock is the first dock on the right. Pull forward, open doors and back into the dock. Shipping/receiving door is just behind the dock. Unloaded usually gets in around 7:30a. Ask them to remove nails and blocks, as they are responsible to remove all blocks and braces. Took about 1 hour to unload 2 forklifts.
It was a pleasure to deal with Kevin and Christine at Tri-Lift. Kevin, especially, always stopping by to check if we need anything. He goes above and beyond his duty. The service guy, Dominic, they sent was excellent, very professional and very knowledgeable of the equipment. Very pleasant to deal with.
I always deal with Matt Duplessis in parts. He is always very knowlegable and extremly helpful. We always have our parts delivered to us in a timley manner. Thanks Matt!
