Selling our home and needed our septic tank emptied and inspected prior to sale. The good: Friendly, came out on short notice The Bad: Finished pumping the tank, looked to be conducting a function test and/or an inspection. When he was done said he wasn’t licensed to conduct an inspection. This information should’ve been disclosed prior to accepting and doing the job.
