I should have recognized there might be problems when the owner showed up for the estimate with a folding “Little Giant” ladder instead of professional roofing equipment. The roofing project itself was mostly adequate, but the attention to detail was extremely poor. Around the entire perimeter of the roof, bare wood edges where the foam ended were left exposed and unsealed.
