I did the three day juice cleanse. Each juice had a pleasant taste and the bottles are numbered to help you drink them in the correct order. Upon ordering, I experience great customer service from the beginning to the end! I definitely recommend!
I throughly enjoyed doing the 3 day cleanse! I was nervous at first because eating food and I go together (real bad)! I made it to day 3 considering doing a 5 day cleanse! Every juice tasted good, even juices 5 & 6 😅. It gave me the reset I needed for my fitness journey, if I can commit to 3 days just juice while surrounded by temptation (solid food) then I KNOW I can commit to a dietary plan!
Completed my first 3 day cleanse! A cleanse is hard- focus, determination, and commitment - But the juice is delish and the benefits are worth it. I lost 7lbs and have noticed that my appetite is so much smaller after the cleanse. I am glad I completed the cleanse and jump started my summer body focus.
