I want to give a shout out to the Tri EMS crews. You guys rock!!! I work with you all in the ER and can say you are all amazing!! However, last week I got to experience your service as a patient. The professionalism, caring and empathy that you all show is top notch. As a nurse, I don't do "patient" well. Nurses tend to not make very good patients, myself included. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your quick and professional response to my parents home this morning! More appreciation cannot be felt for your assistance getting them out of the house and on the way to McLaren! My brother Chad, myself, and our families are so thankful!!!! They are doing well and should be able to be discharged from the hospital soon! Much love from the Herber Family!!!
