Tri Home Life managed my rental home for the past 18 months, until I moved into it. They handled everything, from finding and screening a renter, executing the lease, handling repair requests, promptly providing monthly and year end reports. I cannot say enough good things about TJ. He responded to my questions immediately and handled maintenance requests quickly. I never worried about being over charged by his contractors. He certainly made the rental period easy for me.
As a renter, working with Tri Home Life was an experience in poor communication, lack of professionalism, and unreasonable delays for necessary maintenance. Know what you're getting into and be thorough in your documentation of issues (quick reporting and photos). Know your tenants' rights. Get everything in writing.
