I appreciated the self guided tour. Access was simple and it afforded me the opportunity to explore the property at my leisure and convenience. While I did like that aspect, I had some questions that I would have probably preferred an in person showing. Overall a very positive experience.

The self guided tour instructions were simple and easy to follow! The home was incredibly well kept and clean! My children and I were very pleased with this experience.

I had a great experience working with Tri Home Life. They were incredibly helpful and made sure I was able to land the place I really wanted. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they even helped me find more affordable renter’s insurance while I’m transitioning between places, which I really appreciated. We were with RES for a year and while we loved the house, the management was poor. The house was dirty when we moved in and we had to have them come fix the yard, which did not at all match the photos. I included pictures of what the yard actually looked like when we moved in. We sent them multiple pictures of paint on the walls holes in the walls, and there was trash left in the garage.My biggest frustration is that when we move out, the house was in much better shape than when we moved in.
