Not nice people
After being assured that Tri Gas would serve us if the drive way was sanded, they made the decision without informing us that they can not provide propane to us in the winter. We found out when we called to get our tank filled! This decision put us in a bad situation and caused tremendous stress. Very worrisome that Tri Gas has this mentality when it comes to providing a needed service! Tri Gas policy indicates no service if drive way is not sanded. Always treated nice but there store never stays open till posted hours, I’ve been there 20 minutes before posted close time and no one is around. I wish they would just edit there signage and what is posted online. They have got me 3 times now with “oh I have half hour before close time, I can make it” and I get there 15-20 minutes before close and no one is there.😞
Tri Gas is great! I got a forge from someone on Facebook marketplace and this is the only company that I can reliably find the parts I need to repair and improve my set up! Went in there with a leaking connection. And they got it in and fixed it in 5 minutes
