I have to wonder what kind of service would be provided if the president of this organization is so willing to break safety rules where children are concerned and then play the part of the victim when being stopped.
I would be concerned about the ability of those in this facility to spin the truth to suit their need. Rule circumvention in order to facilitate poor planning seems a recipe for disaster when caring for someone's health.
