I was in Canada for my moms birthday. I wanted to get her and her boyfriend a couples massage since their birthdays are so close together. I am not from the area so I had a million+ questions. I believe I talked to the owner on the phone and she was SO helpful and SO kind! She had the gift card sent in the mail and they got it the next day ON my moms birthday which was perfect! Thank you Tri Essence for helping me in surprising them and making their day special!
