Phil did solid work initially and was responsive when we needed him urgently. he was able to replace our boiler and HVAC system quickly when our heat failed in the middle of winter. He also offered a 10-year warranty, which gave us confidence at the time. However, his reliability and communication afterward have been confusing and disappointing. Phil came to my house after I called him because my heater had completely shut down. I had used another company and after being charged $2300 and returning 3 times my heater still did not work so I decided to call Tri Elite. Phil came right over and within 45 minutes my heater was working. It's been over a week and my heater is working like a charm. Phil is honest, hard working and knows his stuff.
