Phil came to my house after I called him because my heater had completely shut down. I had used another company and after being charged $2300 and returning 3 times my heater still did not work so I decided to call Tri Elite. Phil came right over and within 45 minutes my heater was working. It's been over a week and my heater is working like a charm. Phil is honest, hard working and knows his stuff.

Heat stopped working New Years Eve night, called three local companies and none had availability till Friday today being Wednesday and Holiday wasn’t looking good, not to mention 36 degrees out. Reached out to Tri-Elite and Phil called right back and was at my home within few hours. The fix was an easy one but he could have easily said it was worse than it was and I appreciated his honesty, hard to find these days. Phil did a great job with maintenance of our heating system. He was very thorough with his explanation of the problems we were experiencing and how to mitigate with repairs. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the tri-state area for maintenance, repairs and installs!

Super fast response time, was able to get an appointment right away. Great experience.
