Very good and honest customer service Butch gave us great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the problem with our well pump. He took the time to listen to previous history on our well issues and gave us good tips about maintenance. I felt like I was taken seriously, unlike another local company, about a serious problem with the pressure switch.
Great service and prices I have had Butch out several times to save my water system. After watching two drilled wells go bad because of poor quality by driller Black Mountain, I had him try to save the last one (too late) and then he helped set up a cistern system, fixed my jet pump and hooked everything up. He has made some service calls as well. Always charged a price I thought was fair and responded quickly. I have referred him and will continue to do so.
Great Honest company! I would highly recomend Tri county!
