Friendly front desk and nursing staff; very nice doctors who practice high quality medicine. They function efficiently, and it's overall a really painless urgent care experience!
The front desk support team is terrible. This is the only URGENT care facility that I have been to that won’t accept patients if you don’t have a referral. Brought my healthcare plan in that clearly states urgent care does not require a referral. They still wouldn’t help us.. no patient etiquette at all…. The worst experience I have ever had when in need of medical support. She made us feel like we were second class citizens. Terrible experience 2 times..
