I went to Milford Urgent Care recently and saw NP Danielle W, and I can’t say enough good things about the care I received! She took the time to really listen, didn’t rush through the appointment, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. You can tell she truly cares about patients. It’s not easy to find that kind of compassion and professionalism, especially when you’re not feeling your best. I left feeling so much better and very grateful for the excellent care.
I didnt have a good experience. The NP i saw didn’t seem experienced and confident. I went in to check if my recent rash was caused by tickbite. She didn’t mention anything about tickbite as a suspision however called me later two times to get a tick panel done. When i went back to get the tick panel blood work , i was told as per the notes left in system that its totally my call if i wud like to get a tick bite panel and that its not mentioned anywhere that its required. The doctors are excellent caring and easy to get in when necessary. I like the availability hours 7 days service. Staff are excellent
