The only positive was their availability. They tried to upsell me a leveling kit, claiming the Bilstein 5100s wouldn't level the truck on their own. I declined, so they just installed the shocks at the lowest setting without any adjustments. I measured the truck and it's still not level. It’s clear they skipped the adjustment just to avoid the labor of compressing the springs. Fast service, but lazy work.
What a wonderful business Toys for Truck! I took my Acura MDX in for a trailer hitch job. It was quoted for $350, but after service, the gentleman said that “the work was easier than he thought” and gave me a $100 discount! I mean dang! That discount is a Whole day’s work! Make this your first and only choice for any trailer hitch work! Thanks again! Michael T.

These guys hands down, do amazing work, I asked for help and they went RIGHT to work. Took care of it, no questions asked. They realigned my cap and tightened it down so I won't get rain in my bed anymore. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I'm going in today to have my taillight worked on the bed cap.
