The Friday before Memorial Day weekend, the service center we had our truck at told us they’d forgotten to order the parts—and our driver would be stuck there until Tuesday. We contacted Tri-County, and they went above and beyond—driving 57 minutes one way to deliver the parts at 8 PM, long after their own driver had gone home for the weekend.
