Took our truck here to get nail pulled from the tire and to have it plugged. I waited 2 hours (I knew they were busy and I agreed to this.) Serviceman brought my keys back and said, "You're good to go!" It was pouring rain and the parking lot was a mess. I assumed that his comment meant that they took care of the issue so I didn't check- my fault I guess. I left and went back to my vacation. Great guys, that know what they are doing! I have been doing business with them for all my tired needs, since I moved to Port Clinton, back in 2001. I will never use anyone else. Just wanted to give a great big hiphip hurray to Bob graham and tri county tire. Did a great job on my daughters car including tires, oil change, window and the best part in my daughters words the muffler!!! Now I can't hear her coming home a few blocks away!!! Lol .
