We were with Tri-County for three years. There have been a lot of administration changes in the last year...for the worse. The therapists are wonderful and we will miss them, but can no longer tolerate the staff. After years of making every appointment, week after week, in the last month I was ill, we had a tropical storm, and then my daughter had walking pneumonia. Because of the three misses, we're being taken off the schedule. They refuse to understand the circumstances. HEARTLESS people!!!

My son had been going for about 4 months now and has went from being non verbal to wanting to try new words and sentences. Whitney has worked wonders and I couldn't be more thankful

This place is clearly a scam. They come to your child's school, give a "free" assessment, and then, if your child exhibits any deviation from the norm, tell you that your child needs speech therapy or they will fall way behind their peers. The sessions are exorbitantly expensive (~$50 per half hour), not covered by insurance unless your child has a legitimate issue (congenital deformity, injury, etc), and as far as I could tell provide little actual help.
