How do we get needed repairs on our heat pump? We have had yearly service on our heat pump since buying this place (2012) and the former owners since 2006 with Smith's Heating and Cooling, aka Tri Count Temp Control. We have never been offered a service contract, although we have our yearly maintenance same time every year.
