We have used them for 3 years . John has been great !
Called for septic inspection - told me they would come twice over the year. Never came for second inspection. I called - they were checking to see if the guy had gone yet for June. Now they are denying that's the service promised. Won't use them ever again.
I called Tri County for a perc test. They were hard to schedule and when we finally did, they no-showed to the appointment. I called to find out what happened and got a gruff man who said “ok, fine I’ll do it” and then hung up. The person did a 20 minute test, without me being there and sent a confused and unprofessional report. When I called to inquire they said it had been raining too much and that the land should have perc’d so I asked if they would come back when it was drier and they said yes.
