Avoid dealing with Jan Davis and Tri County storage as they do not follow Ohio Law. After trying to pay multiple times and having checks not cashed, Jan informed me that my property had been "disposed of" for apparent failure to pay. He also informed me he attempted to call me prior, but the number didn't work. Ohio law requires either a certified letter or email be sent to the renter before anything can be done with the renters property. Neither of these things occurred.
