We install new systems and repair existing systems, commercial and residential. We service Bexar County and all surrounding counties. Our repair trucks are fully stocked and we do not charge additional "hidden fees". We bill by the hour for labor with no hidden charges, just a 1 hour minimum plus any parts/material needed. Labor is pro-rated in 15 minute increments after the first hour. We provide continuing education training for our technicians, so they are always improving their knowledge and skill. Tri-county did my neighbors sprinkler system on October 7th 2022 and in the process hit my water main. No one knocked on my door to tell me of the incident or tried at all to inform me. They just shut off my water and dug in my yard and when I came outside to see what happened with my water, the workers acted as if nothing happened and continued to go about their business. Outstanding services. Wish I had found them prior to another contractor’s install. TCS fixed it all up.
After having my sprinkler system checked by two so-called "certified" technicians and it not working, a friend recommended TriConty Sprinklers. Manuel and his partner Melquiades showed up and after explaining the problem, Manuel checked the control box and found that it had been wired up wrong by the other technicians. He wired it up properly, checked the main valved at the meter and it was burned up. He replaced it and the system worked as it should. Completely unsolicited reco — Adam, Andrew & crew did an awesome job rehabbing our old irrigation system back in August as we prep to lay down new sod this Fall. Had a irrigation water leak that was not involved with their work, but due to shoddy work from the original company that put in the irrigation system years ago. They were quick to respond assuming it was their fault, but stuck around to make the repairs on the other irrigation company’s work. They were responsive, courteous, and fair in their price. They did a fantastic job. They use the best Rain Bird controllers and equipment. I got the WiFi module and can control the sprinkler system from anywhere with my smart phone. It’s awesome. You’ll be happy with these guys.
All personnel were extremely professional. They installed our new system in one day and did a perfect job. Our home was left spotless. Adam and Andrew made certain all questions were answered and explained how system operated. It was a pleasure to work with them.
I wanted to put out a good word for the wonderful work Adam, Jose and Tri-County Sprinklers did for me. I had them update sprinklers in the front yard, automate my manual system and add sprinklers in the back. They are professional, hard workers and very reasonably priced.
