Drop Mower off to get serviced a month went bye no phone call nothing went to retrieve my mower. They sent me out back to get it and it was in pieces in the rain. Repair department is a joke although they do have a great selection of products and good people in the sales room. But the repair department. Forget about it… if you’re a commercial mower, I need your lawn equipment repaired call Emmett equipment company in Richfield, Ohio. Great staff fast repairs very cheap not bums.
Gave these guys three different chances. They’ve screwed up three different times. I’m done.

We had a great experience! Greg helped us very much throughout the whole process of purchasing our first CMC 83HD Arbor Pro lift! He was very responsive to calls and texts. He came out and spend 5 hrs with our crew to train them! Very highly recommended!! Jay does a great job on maintenance any time we need anything!
