We rent a unit from cubesmart. The storage part is great. My issue is with the other services. We had a big move planned for 9/30/25. We scheduled and reserved a 26’ U-Haul truck to be picked up on a pre determined date a week in advance to ensure we would have no issues. On 9/29/25 we came to pick up our truck and the two managers or senior level employees were not on site and left an untrained employee there with no direction in how to process a U-Haul rental. Quick and convenient getting set up
I needed to change from a 10x10 to a 10x15 the very next day. They were more than accommodating and ensured I still received the customer discount. No extra fees. Bonus: they were great the day before when I got the 10x10!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They made every step of the process simple and easy. I enjoyed renting a storage unit here and would recommend it to others.
