Inferior workmanship and customer service created extensive water damage to my property. My newly installed roof doesn't pass county code ordinance. On the date of installation, workers were unprepared for a rainstorm in Florida - no tarps were placed on my roof during the time of the storm. Poor Company Beware – The worst tile roofing job that I have ever seen on a home. They were messy, used the wrong color mortor, mortor was mixed improperly and cracked the day after and is still cracking, A contractor from the company never came out to check the progress of the roof, and when they came back nothing was fixed or repaired or made worse. The worst experience that I have ever had with a company. They do not care about their customers.
