I had a real bad experience with this place. They installed the wrong size tire on my car. I confirmed the size via voice and text. I called the person who installed it and was told he would have to charge me to correct the issue. I called the number where I made the appointment and got berated for asking for the correct size tire. They then hung up on me and never returned my call or text.

Worst experience of my life. Left me stranded for 48 hours with repeated false promises to come out and then not showing. Promised 1pm for $210 then changed to 5pm for $270 because it was “after hours” now. Then did not show for over 5 hours and somebody called, slurring her words, and said he would be there at 10:45pm and was “on the way”. 2 hours later they texted the morning would be better and guaranteed the tech (really the owner Jamal does all the work) would be out at 8:00am sharp. 2 hours later I still heard nothing ... read more

Zero professionalism. He stranded me for 3.5 hour waiting for him to come help me with the flat tire I had. He didn't answer my phone calls (over 10 call attempts) nor messages and then he messages me 3.5 hours later if I still need him to come. After being tired of waiting, I called another place and they came within 30 minutes. My advice for anyone reading this review is to save yourselves the pain and lack of professionalism and call other places because you'll likely get a better respond.

Bait and switch and highly unprofessional time wasting shop, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME got a price for a set of tires i was looking for, agreed on price and confirmed the price was all included out the door (mount, balance, disposal, tax, fees, etc...) appointment set and go back to work. then they text me asking for payment and hit me with a 11% fees to pay with my credit card. not going to pay 11% to use a card, cancel my appointment. 5 mins later the owner calls me saying he would honor the price if i pay by zelle. a bit shady... read more
