Stopped by MY property that I own since my parents are both deceased now. They already knew there was land with the home but I guess they didn’t research who actually owns it. They wanted to buy it for personal use. This was all only two months after my mother had died and claimed to be family friends but I knew they weren’t. Coming after peoples homes while they are still grieving is despicable.
Communication was horrible. I would leave several messages and it would be a week or two before someone would call me back. Nona wasn’t straight forth, difficult to get a hold of and to get information from. Ended up having to work with another agent.

The broker I contacted 3 times never contacted me back. The owner did contact me...the place was sold by then.
