Beware of lack of transparency in self-pay billing quotes with Tri County Practice Association and Ascension Seton. Will AVOID any Seton /Tri Countymedical care in future. My billing dispute dragged on for over 6 months with zero resolution. Every call was met with a polite off-shore phone worker trained in false reassurance that my case was “escalated,” and to “give it another 30 days” but no one from that team ever reached out, and no rep could actually explain or fix the charge. This place does scam billing. They told us that they take our insurance. Then billed us as out of network. We explained to them that they said they were covered and that the law says that they should eat the costs and not us. This was their responsibility, but they don't care. We can't afford the lawyers they can and so was forced to pay. I would avoid anyone associated with this place based purely off of ethical business practices.
Got a bogus charge from this place today. I have never been there.
My debit card is being charged monthly even though my health insurance coverage was 100%
