My Mom had a toilet installed in October 2017 that we purchased at Tri Country. In July 2018 the toilet porcelain piece broke on thebowl. In a impossible place to been caused by anyone just using the toilet.. It broke and a hole opened up. When I contacted Tri Country they blew me off. Said to get another plumber. When I inquired about a warranty the manager response at the time was dismissive and indicated there really had no warranty or doubted we could get our money back from American Standard. Tri-County plumbing replaced my bath tub. Their work is professional and high quality. I love the final result -- plumbing fixtures and surround. the repair drywall and paint matches perfectly. I'm glad they are in our area.
