Rats were starting to cause problems in our basement, and Chloe came out to fix it. She inspected everything carefully, sealed the gaps, and placed traps right away. Chloe explained each step and worked very quickly. Within days, the problem was completely under control. She was professional, efficient, and very reliable. The results were excellent. Chloe really went above and beyond to help us.
