My experience with this facility was not wonderful. The only reason I am giving it a two is because the nursing staff was neither rude nor overly kind. They were efficient and nice and that is it. The office staff was similar with the exception of one person who's name I cannot recall. She was abrupt and impatient when answering my questions or needing further instruction. I received treatment at this office after falling over a sweet dog. Turns out I fractured my tibia and tore my meniscus. I tried making an appointment with Dr David Epstein who did my husband's shoulder surgery, but he was not available to see me at that time. At this appointment, he proceeded to tell me I was too overweight for him to help me and then lectured me on how he pushed other patients to lose weight, even his sister. This lecture left me in tears. (NOTE: We had talked abou... read more

I May change this later but right now super pissed off. Had surgery on July 3rd and was told first two weeks after surgery are most important to recovery. The PT place they connected me with for immediate post op care doesn't service my area hunterdon county and of course because of the holiday the office is closed for 4 straight days so now 1 week of my critical healing time will be with no PT. It is inexcusable that these things weren't all arranged well before surgery. Maybe they need more staff. Between the pain, no slee... read more
