Went to the walk-in clinic in Dobson, the staff was polite and took care of what was going on. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is the billing department. I got a bill for one price they billed me more than they billed my insurance. My insurance wanted more information that caused a problem. When that was fixed, and they got paid over a month ago and today I get another bill for the whole thing not the copayment. The thing I do not understand is why are they billing me more than they billed my insurance?
Went today - I should have known better. Walked out without my discharge papers. With no help or relief - no big surprise. I did however mange to get a nice migraine for the rest of the day. I told the DR I would take of the problem myself. Pretty soon most of what sick people need we won`t need Dr`s or hospitals. Too much red tape. When are these people going to learn we don`t want to hear garbage just fix the problem when we have it period. My experience here made me feel like my injury wasnt important and they didnt really care about me. I was asked to be there 15 min early but had to wait for over an hour to be seen. Dr stevens rushed in talking very fast for about 5 min and half of that was spent talking about his own back injury. He tells me he is sending me somewhere else to get epidural injections but will give me a little something to get me by until then and then i was rushed up front to checkout.I left with only the promise that i would be contacted a... read more
My grandmother is 92 yes. Old with dementia. She has been in the nursing home since august 2020. She has been through hell and back. She fell and broke her hip while in nursing home. She is doing great. She went to tri county ortho for a check up. My cousin and I are her POA. We are able to see her for the first time since she has been in nursing home that is in person. I was brought in for mental conditions and involuntarily committed. After the first day where I was manic they locked me in a room I guess meant for people having such episodes. After that my mental condition got worse so they responded by taking my bed away and my blanket and told me "You'll have to earn those privileges back". I had tried to call my lawyer early on and so my phone privileges were also taken away and I wasn't even fucking allowed to receive calls.
