My experience here made me feel like my injury wasnt important and they didnt really care about me. I was asked to be there 15 min early but had to wait for over an hour to be seen. Dr stevens rushed in talking very fast for about 5 min and half of that was spent talking about his own back injury. My grandmother is 92 yes. Old with dementia. She has been in the nursing home since august 2020. She has been through hell and back. She fell and broke her hip while in nursing home.
