The front desk is horribly rude!!!! Last time we were there, we had to make an appointment before we left, I stood there waiting, staring at the women while they chatted and gabbed about their lives. Finally they acknowledge me. The wait time is ridiculous, we never get the same Dr for each appointment, even when. we ask. My daughter's surgeon is Dr. Noyes and the front desk tells me one time that he's only there on Fridays and the next time that he's only there on Wednesdays. Can't wait to be done with this place. This place and surgeons are amazing!
Had shoulder impingement and burrs... I would be in bad shape without the surgery.
Maybe by trying to actually care about the clients concerns. Instead of just saying take some Tylenol and come back for your appt. in 3 months,
