Dr. Whitaker is amazing! I had been suffering with carpal tunnel syndrome and spoke with Dr. Whitaker who gave me a rundown of what was happening, the course we were going to take forward, and what to do for post operative care. My experience with his office and surgical staff at Hugh Chatham Health was top notch, very polite, professional, and caring! There’s not enough good things I could say about my experience.
They’re HORRIBLE at getting back to you with results or information. I have to call them back every other day to see if they have my results and they don’t even answer most of the time. The wait time is also pretty long, even if you have an appointment, about an 1 hour or more. I’m only giving them 2 stars because the doctor took the patients pain seriously and ordered scans.
I had a fall in which I broke my left wrist. They were very good to get me in and set my wrist in a cast. I quickly healed & started therapy. Very professional. Only thing I had an issue with was getting an answer on the phone lines. They are so busy, but a good place!
