Thank you Dr. Engroff for the excellent care and the compassion you have given me but most of all for keeping me pain free. I am so surprised a fractured tooth could create so many problems. You are highly respected at Mount Nittany medical center. So blessed you are my doctor.
The procedure itself went well, which I was happy with. But Dr. Stein has a subpar bedside manner. He could not give straight answers to questions and was dismissive of my concerns. He blabbered a lot, but was not helpful in answering our questions. He sometimes gave conflicting answers, contradicting things he said earlier. He and his staff also were misinformed about details of my procedure and what medications were prescribed to me -- I had to correct them a couple of times.
Dr. Stein is the best. I was referred to him by a highly regarded orthodontist and have since heard others recommend him as well. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found him and would recommend him without a moment's hesitation to anyone in need of an oral surgeon.
Dr. Engroff was excellent. The staff was great ! The ladies in the office and surgical area were the best . Hats off to Shea, Wendy and Jill .
